Moderates and liberals—even some conservatives, in fact—have much to deplore in the way a diocese like the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh has been run. Some indignities are just unnecessary and stupid, or, as I describe them in my latest blog post, petty. Our October 4 diocesan convention is being held at an inadequate facility, but it is a parish that has supported Bishop Duncan. Apparently, the simple, faithful “orthodox” might be lead astray were the convention held in a mainstream Episcopal church.

Read just how inadequate St. Martin’s, Monroeville, is in “Petty.” You can do so at http://blog.deimel.org/2008/10/petty.htm.
