Please indulge me in using this list for an occasional message not directly related to Lionel Deimel’s Web Log. I thought subscribers would be interested in a video just posted on Parish Toolbox by the Diocese of Pittsburgh. The video is called “An Open Door, Pittsburgh Laity Discuss Realignment.” This is in done in the spirit, though perhaps not with quite the same venom, as the infamous “Choose this Day.” Although the video, intended to influence the “realignment” vote in Pittsburgh on October 4, attacks The Episcopal Church, it also appeals to the personality cult of the incumbent bishop. Make what you will of this 10-minute piece of propaganda.
